By accessing or using LearnTo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

3. Instructor Content

LearnTo allows verified professionals to upload educational video and audio content. Instructors are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their content is accurate and educational
  • Holding necessary rights or licenses for all content uploaded
  • Maintaining the quality and professionalism of their lessons
  • Providing truthful credentials and experience information
  • Complying with all applicable professional and ethical standards

LearnTo reviews instructor credentials but does not guarantee the accuracy of all educational content. Instructors retain ownership of their content subject to these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not own or have rights to
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your credentials
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload content containing malware or malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and infrastructure, is the property of LearnTo and is protected by intellectual property laws. Instructor content remains the property of the respective instructors, who grant LearnTo a license to host and display it on the Service for the purpose of providing lessons to users.

User feedback, comments, or suggestions provided to LearnTo may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LearnTo does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • All educational content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
  • Lessons will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Educational content on LearnTo is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice where applicable. Always consult qualified professionals for specific situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnTo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. LearnTo's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Service in the past 12 months (if any).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over LearnTo's principal place of business.

9. Termination

LearnTo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
